Class Descriptions
Dance Classes include: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Pointe, Salsa, Tango, Rhumba, Foxtrot, Swing, and Cha Cha,

Exercise Classes include: Stretching and Strengthening, Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginning Zumba, Boot Camp, Ballet Barre Toning , Free Weight and Core Strengthening.

The Stretching and Strengthening class focus on stretching every muscle in your body. During the last part of the class you will learn exerscies to strengthen your core as well as a muscle of your choosing. The exercises can be done at home without a gym or equipment.

Zumba class is a fast paced salsa class designed to burn calories and tone muscles. You also learn the latin steps so you can g out dancing later.
​
Boot Camp is designed to increase cardio endurance, muscles toning, and muscle strength. The class combines weight lifting, pilates, stretching, ab work, and much more.
​
Ballet Toning requires no dance training. The class will teach you how to get the toned body of a dancer.
​
Free Weight class incorporates weight training for the upper body as well as some exercises to strengthen the legs.

Core Strengthening is exactly as it sounds. It gives you different exercises to strengthen and tone your core. Exercises are done sitting, standing, and on the floor.

All classes are planned based on the needs and abilities of the participants of the classes. Everything can be adjusted easier or harder based on each individual's needs.
All classes are available as large group, small group, and privates.
